Yet another 2004 Waiʻanae High School alumnus and product of Searider Productions. A champion hurdler in high school and closet karaoke singer, he is constantly in search of stylish ways to express himself. He also attended the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles with his fellow Waiʻanae alumni and received the same bachelor's degree.

Introduce yourself.

My name is Nick and I have been called a cool dork. That means that during the day I'll write scripts, edit or shoot videos, and fiddle with all manner of video codecs, correspond with clients, then come home and tend to my vegetable garden, play some video games, and if it's a Tuesday, shoot some hoops. I'm a philosopher who enjoys a full karaoke room just as much as some really good sushi. I’ve also been called “lucky”. I’ve gone all over the place and met really cool people. Through it all, I am still amazed that I do what I do for a living – something as entertaining, interesting, and satisfying as anything I can imagine.

What do you love most about Waiʻanae?

I love Waiʻanae because there isn't another place I've been where I can feel completely at home. As of now, this is where I belong.

Movies/Shows/Games: Braveheart, Man On Fire, Mad Men, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Final Fantasy VII, Sonic & Knuckles when paired with Sonic 3... Aladdin.

Scent: Mākaha Beach, cookies baking, huli huli chicken, fresh cut grass, misty rain.

Music/Bands: The Eagles, Jason Mraz, The Chronic 2000, DMX, The Fugees, Michael Bublé, The Makaha Sons of Niʻihau, Country Comfort, Kalapana, "My All" by Mariah Carey, Shania Twain...
