A 2004 Searider Productions alumnus and a 2007 Art Institute of California Los Angeles graduate, Solomon has worked on many different videos, ranging from commercials to feature-length documentaries. Solomon helps bring scripts to life with both directing and editing duties.

What to you love most about living in Waiʻanae?

Life in Waiʻanae is simple. Everyone knows each other, you're accepted for who you are, and I love the fact that the beach is right down the road.

Favorites in five senses:

Movies: Coming to America. The Godfather.

Scent: The scent of the Pakalana flower.

Music/Bands: Anything that doesn't involve screaming. Gregory Issacs, Bob Marley, Nas, AC/DC, Beastie Boys, The Eagles, Mãkaha Sons Of Niʻihau, Miles Davis, and Nat King Cole, just to name a few.

Texture: Brick and mortar.

Food and drink: Poke, poi, and guava juice.
